Discovered in 1957, Co-Enzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a naturally occurring compound in our bodies, resembling the antioxidant vitamin E in its action and potentially more powerful. Co-Enzyme Q10 is present in every cell of the body, predominantly in the mitochondria of each cell.
