November Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period

The Gold Health November Prize Draw (the Promotion) runs from 12:00 AM on 1 November 2026 to 11:59 PM on 30 November 2026, New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT). Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

2. Promoter

The Promoter is AJE Healthcare Ltd, trading as One Wellness Group, Unit C, 5 Paul Matthews Road, Albany, Auckland 0632, New Zealand. The Promotion is run across the One Wellness Group brands, including Gold Health (goldhealth.co.nz).

Participating brands: Puraz, Gold Health, Healthy.co.nz, Kiwi Superfoods, HearNZ, ZepterNZ, Bioptron, Zepter Kitchen and Clean Air Water.

3. Who can enter

  • Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees of the Promoter and its participating brands and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Authorised Zepter agents are eligible.

4. How to enter

Purchase entries

  • Every NZD $1 spent on an eligible purchase during the Promotion Period earns one entry into the combined prize draw.
  • Eligible purchases are:
    • orders placed on puraz.com, goldhealth.co.nz, healthy.co.nz, kiwisfs.com, hearnz.co.nz, zepternz.co.nz, bioptron.co.nz, zepterkitchen.co.nz or cleanairwater.co.nz; and
    • ZepterNZ, Bioptron, Zepter Kitchen and Clean Air Water products purchased through an authorised Zepter agent in New Zealand and through the ZepterNZ office.
  • Spend across participating brands is added together for your total entries.
  • Entries are calculated on the order value excluding shipping, rounded down to the nearest dollar.
  • Orders must be placed and paid in full within the Promotion Period. Entries for cancelled, refunded or returned orders will be removed.
  • Purchase entries are added automatically. You do not need to do anything else.

Bonus entries

  • Comment on a designated prize draw post on a participating brand's Facebook or Instagram page during the Promotion Period to receive one bonus entry.
  • Limit of one bonus entry per person, per post.
  • Liking, sharing, tagging others or following a page is not required and does not earn entries.

5. Prizes

  • There are three (3) winners in total across all participating brands.
  • Each winner receives one Allstar Product Gift Pack containing products from Puraz, Kiwi Superfoods, Xcel Health, Gold Health and ZepterNZ, valued at NZD $1,703.40 (RRP).
  • Total prize pool: NZD $5,110.20 (RRP).
  • Prizes are couriered free of charge to a New Zealand address, in a courier box (gift basket not included).
  • Prizes are not transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a product becomes unavailable, the Promoter may replace it with a product of equal or greater value.

6. Prize draw and winners

  • Three (3) winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 10 December 2026 at the Promoter's office in Albany, Auckland.
  • Winners will be contacted by email and announced on our social media pages within two business days of the draw.
  • Winners must reply within 14 days of being contacted to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
  • Winners' first names and town or region may be announced on participating brands' websites and social media pages.
  • Winners may be invited to share a photo or video with their prize. This is optional, and any content shared may be used in promotional material with the winner's consent.

7. Facebook and Instagram

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Meta from any liability in connection with the Promotion. Information you provide is given to the Promoter, not to Meta.

8. Privacy and marketing

  • Personal information collected for this Promotion is used to run the draw, contact winners and deliver prizes. It is handled in line with the Gold Health Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.
  • Entering does not sign you up to marketing from brands you have not purchased from. Customers may receive promotional emails from the brand they purchased from and can unsubscribe at any time.

9. General conditions

  • By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter may verify any entry and disqualify entries that are invalid, fraudulent or do not comply with these terms, including entries from fake or duplicate social media accounts.
  • The Promoter's decision on the prize draw is final.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for technical problems affecting the Promotion.
  • The Promoter may amend or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise, subject to New Zealand law.
