Seems to be working - I now get about four nights good sleep - but there are other reasons for my change of sleeping habits (body itching) which has now "generall" been resolved.

I have started the XTR-vision with Lutein as there is a family history of macular degeneration. Over the last few days I’ve noticed an improvement in the way my eyes feel. Not as dry or gritty, and things feel clearer. I think I’m convinced to continue with this.

I have been using this product for months now and it is helping my knee arthritis ,
I was on B12 jabs for years; always getting extremely tired half way between shots. Saw the ad for the activated B12, and said to my husband that there was nothing to lose by trying it. Bought a year supply; and started taking it in October. My next shot was due in November. Guess what; no exhaustion at all; even when I did not go for the scheduled shot. In December, I had a bloodtest, and guess what: My B12 levels were above the median! So I will stay with these pills for the rest of my life; recommend them to everyone with low B12 levels!

These have improved my sleep 100%. Wasn't sure they would but they have.
