I have a couple of problems with my vision - serious short-sightedness, mature age, diagnosed early development of cataracts, and medication that has played havoc with my eyes. What to do? That's when I found this product. Still early days, but I feel some improvement in my vision - less fuzziness and better ability to focus, and I feel positive that my vision problems will be ameliorated somewhat with XTR-Vision with Lutein.

I’m so glad I gave it a go. This is by far the best sleep supplement I’ve tried. I’m now getting up to six hours of sleep without waking every hour, which is a huge improvement for me. And if I do wake during the night, I can usually fall back asleep instead of lying awake for hours.
I feel more rested and genuinely happy to have finally found something that actually works. Highly recommend for anyone who has struggled with long-term sleep issues.

I will give this item 5 stars as I have only been taking for a few weeks, and also taking other Gold Health items for joints and gut health. I will assume the Black Garlic is working as my health is fine - hopefully my cholesterol is fine too.

It's hard to know if these actually help, my eyesight doesn't appear to have deteriorated, but is this due to the pills?
Have used this for a number of years now and I notice if I stop taking it my knees feel a little ‘creaky’ so I would highly recommend it. I like that it has high quality oil
