These have improved my sleep 100%. Wasn't sure they would but they have.
I love this magnesium As soon as I take one capsule at night I go off to sleep .

I am on my second bottle, and find the combination suits me well for my arthritic joints. Very easy to swallow also.
Great product just started using this product to early to tell any difference as have been using a different product, but will give this product a good fair chance.
I was a bit skeptical if this product would even help my issue as not even a doctor could help. They thought I had some disease. But why would only one leg have the problem - my bad leg - and not the other. Since taking this product the issue has not resurfaced. Also my good leg had another skin issue, totally unrelated. One spot has completely gone and the other is looking a lot better.
It was easy to place my order and my tablets arrived quickly. I haven't been taking this tablet long but already I feel I have more energy and have been sleeping better.
I have a couple of problems with my vision - serious short-sightedness, mature age, diagnosed early development of cataracts, and medication that has played havoc with my eyes. What to do? I’m so glad I gave it a go. This is by far the best sleep supplement I’ve tried. I’m now getting up to six hours of sleep without waking every hour, which is a huge improvement for me. And if I do wake during the night, I can usually fall back asleep instead of lying awake for hours.

I will give this item 5 stars as I have only been taking for a few weeks, and also taking other Gold Health items for joints and gut health. I will assume the Black Garlic is working as my health is fine - hopefully my cholesterol is fine too.
So easy to take and so so easy to go to sleep at night. I don't go to bed without having taken it!!

It's hard to know if these actually help, my eyesight doesn't appear to have deteriorated, but is this due to the pills?
Have used this for a number of years now and I notice if I stop taking it my knees feel a little ‘creaky’ so I would highly recommend it. I like that it has high quality oil
