Works well and no drowsiness in the morning
Been using this for a couple years. It helps with low energy and stress, and seems to balance things out. Am in 70s and need this sort of "help"

I feel like this worked for me straight away - am very happy. Took 2 before bed and slept like a baby.
I take one of these each night about an hour before I go to bed. It seems to work, most nights so can’t recommend.
Have been taking these for a long time and find them to be one of the better ones on the market as they're quite gentle and like the co factors with them. Really would not be without them, help relax me at bedtime.

I have been taking these for awhile now, over a year, and the last blood test showed I have excellent levels of B12 so require no injections.
I have been using this product for months now and it is helping my knee arthritis ,
I was on B12 jabs for years; always getting extremely tired half way between shots. Saw the ad for the activated B12, and said to my husband that there was nothing to lose by trying it. Bought a year supply; and started taking it in October. My next shot was due in November. Guess what; no exhaustion at all; even when I did not go for the scheduled shot. In December, I had a bloodtest, and guess what: My B12 levels were above the median! So I will stay with these pills for the rest of my life; recommend them to everyone with low B12 levels!

At first it didnt seem to work. I was skeptical. However i asked for help and was advised to try 2 tablets. This works amazingly. I am thrilled with the product. I am much better in myself and the best thing is when I wake for the loo,I go back to sleep. Thank you I love the tablets.
These have improved my sleep 100%. Wasn't sure they would but they have.

Great product just started using this product to early to tell any difference as have been using a different product, but will give this product a good fair chance.
I was a bit skeptical if this product would even help my issue as not even a doctor could help. They thought I had some disease. But why would only one leg have the problem - my bad leg - and not the other. Since taking this product the issue has not resurfaced. Also my good leg had another skin issue, totally unrelated. One spot has completely gone and the other is looking a lot better.
