I decided to try these tablets, i have suffered from stress, anxiety, lack of sleep for the past three years, dealing with a husband who had an illness which was heart breaking, it involved selling our beauitful house, his classic cars and downsizing to a villa. A week after taking them i could not believe how well i felt. It’s been three weeks now and things are definitely improving, i am calmer, coping with the stress and sleeping better, still waking in the night occasionally.

Seems to be working - I now get about four nights good sleep - but there are other reasons for my change of sleeping habits (body itching) which has now "generall" been resolved.

I have started the XTR-vision with Lutein as there is a family history of macular degeneration. Over the last few days I’ve noticed an improvement in the way my eyes feel. Not as dry or gritty, and things feel clearer. I think I’m convinced to continue with this.

I take one of these each night about an hour before I go to bed. It seems to work, most nights so can’t recommend.
Have been taking these for a long time and find them to be one of the better ones on the market as they're quite gentle and like the co factors with them. Really would not be without them, help relax me at bedtime.
