Zinc citrate (equiv to Zinc 15mg) – 50mg
Pumpkin Seed extract equiv to dry seed – 100mg
Lycopene – 5mg
Selenium (as Selenomethionine) – 50mcg
Does not contain any yeast, corn, wheat, gluten, milk, artificial flavours or preservatives.

Daily Dose:
Take one capsule a day. Can be taken anytime, with a meal or on an empty stomach or as directed by your health professional. For best results, this product should be taken long term.
