Description  

Organic Flax Seed Oil (also known as linseed oil) contains the essential fatty acids Omega 3 and 6, as well as the non-essential fatty acid Omega 9, in a balanced ratio consistent with the body’s needs. Omega 3 is in the form of Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) which the body converts to EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid)and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid); so Organic Flax Seed Oil may provide an alternative to fish oil and it may contribute to supporting a healthy cardiovascular system.

The Omega fatty acids in Gold Health Organic Flax Seed Oil support normal brain function and the healthy functioning of the nervous system. Organic Flax Seed Oil may support with dry eye, and skin moisture and support immune system function. Organic Flax Seed Oil is well tolerated and there are no known interactions with medicines, although like other Omega 3 fatty acid products there is the potential for interaction with blood thinning medications so use with care and keep your health care provider informed.

Non-GMO Flaxseed Oil – 1000mg
Providing:
Alpha Linolenic Acid (Omega 3) – 550mg
Linoleic Acid (Omega 6) – 150mg
Natural Vitamin E (5iu) as d-alpha-Tocopherol – 5mg
This formulation is free from sugar, yeast, dairy, lactose, eggs, wheat, corn, gluten, nuts, artificial colouring, artificial preservatives or artificial flavours, and GMO-free.

DOSAGE:
1-2 capsules three times daily with food or as professionally prescribed.

CAUTION:
Not recommended for children under 12 unless advised by a health professional. Potential for interaction with blood thinning medications

I love the Flax Seed Oil Organic capsules.
I love it because 1, it is Non-GMO Organic and 2, it's benefits are a digestive and bowel Health . I have had dry eyes and it has helped with that as well. So three great reasons I take it.
